Using this Website indicates that you accept these terms regardless of whether or not you choose to order from us.

The term "LBKM Creative" or "us" or "we" refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is in London.

The term "you" refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Ordering from us

Found a product you like, follow the steps below:

1. Place an order and Let us know your specifications 

2. LBKM Creative will reply with an invoice within 24- 48hours.

3. Check, check and check again, to ensure ALL details and spellings listed in your invoice are correct. 

4. Make payment, we will take this as confirmation that the invoice is correct.

5. Your order will be made and sent out within 3 working days. 

6. Orders can take 7-10 working days to reach your front door.

Delivery

All orders take 7 to 10 working day to be received. 

At LBKM Creative, we endeavour to respond to all orders within 24- 48 hours.

We will ensure to create and send products out within 3 working days from the invoice being confirmed.

*Please be aware during seasonal times products may take longer to arrive. 

Cancellations

You can not cancel your order if the goods that you have ordered are personalised unless a mistake has been made on our part. 

It is important that you check your invoice (refer back to 'ordering from us' section of the terms and conditions) before proceeding with payment as this is your last chance to ensure all personalised information is correct. 

We resume no responsibility after the invoice has been checked and payment is made if the personalised information provided to us is incorrect, no refund will be given. 

Returns

We do not accept returns on personalised items, unless the product is faulty or we have made a mistake with personalisation. 

If you have received a faulty item please contact us either by email or using our contact form on our website within 14 days of receiving the item and we will get back to you within 2-3 working days.

Photo evidence of the faulty item will be required. 

Mistake made by us will be rectified. For Example, you have request an item with the name 'Tracey' and have clearly stated this as confirmed on the invoice but we accidentally personalised the item to say 'Tracy' instead. The product will automatically be re-made and sent out, unless you request a refund, in which case a full refund will be provided.
